On this episode, the boys had on special guest Jeff Cunningham! This is our second time having Jeff on, make sure you check out our first episode with him if you haven’t yet. Jeff has had a very successful year as a coach! As many of you know, he coached our friends Clark Morin to a 2:28 marathon in Indianapolis and Eric Floberg to a 2:33 in Chicago. Jeff has also been busy building his elite team in Austin, TX: Bat City Track Club. We talked about the team’s progress and recent results and his vision for the team going forward. We also talked to Jeff about how he balances his very busy life and even got the scoop on how his own running has been going! As always, Jeff brought the energy and Jeff-isms.
