On this episode, the boys had on special guest Gabe Multer! Gabe is the Founder and CEO of Carbs Fuel. As you know - the boys have been using Carbs Fuel heavily in training and racing lately - so we went to the source to learn all about it! Gabe told us the idea for the brand came to him through frustration in his own training and racing. He wanted to take high amounts of carbs while cycling, but didn't want to have to pack so many gels on him always. Carbs Fuel gels are 50g of carbs per gel (although they did create mini ones if you prefer 25g) - which is one of the main reasons why we love them so much. We only have to take 4-5 gels with us in a marathon instead of packing 8-10!
