Drew is well-known for running a sub -4 mile in high school and then signing a pro contract with Adidas instead of running in college! About 10 years have passed and Drew is still thriving as a high-level pro athlete. Drew has had a lot of change over the last couple years. He is now being coached by his parents and has changed his training to be more volume and threshold focused. He is also sponsored by Asics now. We talked in detail about both of those changes, as both are going great and Drew is running the best he ever has in his career! He is very motivated for the 2028 Olympic Games in LA.
