Need a coach? LISRunning.com The mileage keeps increasing and so does the race intensity. I ran the frost bite 20K and went for it all. After an intense week of marathon training with a 12 x 1K repeat work out a couple days prior, I jump head first into a big race, hopeful for another podium finish. My friends, Gustavo, Mike, and Ryan helped me film this episode as they either ran separate races or sat out. This was a big week of training and it’s all focused on building towards the Mesa Marathon on February 14.  We are either going to get really fit or really hurt.
