#219 Molly Born - Running 2:24 in Her Debut Marathon to Win CIM

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Molly Born! Molly just won CIM/US Marathon Championships in her DEBUT marathon! Not only that - she ran an amazing time (2:24) putting her right in the mix of the top American female marathoners already. Molly made a hard move between 30 and 35k, but it almost ended in disaster! Her legs were running out of gas late and she even fell with 100m to go in the race. She was able to finish and hold off a hard-charging Sara Hall to win the race! We also learned a bit about her Puma Elite team based in Durham, NC and also about her time at Oklahoma State under legendary coach Dave Smith. Enjoy!
