Scotty’s First video! A day in the life during my off season at work. This video is from Tuesday through Thursday on February 2. On Tuesday, I doubled with the boys and then did my wife’s work out. On Wednesday I did 400s and ended up racing. Sam Meredith, a common occurrence. Sam locked his keys in the car. The video ends with breakfast with the boys on Thursday morning.
